We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Robert Love, Ph.D., the founder of Dr. Love's Supplements, on the development of the Roar Lion's Mane website. The client tasked us with creating an eCommerce website that would sell their line of supplements designed to improve memory, eliminate brain fog, improve focus, boost the immune system, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's by developing new brain cells, and other such benefits.
We began by gaining a thorough understanding of the target market and their needs. Based on our research, we created a user-friendly website that is tailored to the target market. Our team designed the website with easy navigation and persuasive call-to-actions (CTAs) throughout the site, ensuring that visitors can quickly find what they are looking for and purchase the products with ease.
The checkout page was a crucial aspect of the website, and we put in a lot of effort to make it as user-friendly and optimized as possible. We utilized visual elements and several persuasive CTAs to ensure that customers had an overall great user experience, ultimately enhancing the website's conversion rate. One of the most notable features we implemented is the countdown timer, which tells the visitor that the order has been reserved for the person for 10 mins, after which the person will not get to avail of the special offer for the supplements. This feature created a sense of urgency among the visitors, encouraging them to complete their purchase.
We also simplified the checkout fields and employed multiple payment gateways, ensuring low cart abandonments. These efforts resulted in a very low percentage of payment failures and helped Roar Lion’s Mane process around USD 130K worth of supplements within just five months.
Throughout the project, we maintained clear communication with the client to ensure that the website met their expectations. The client was pleased with our work and has since decided to build two more websites through our agency.
